Chef Fairley will take you through a simple but delicious menu, step by step. You and your partner will cook along with Fairley, to make a delicious 5 course meal.
Using ingredients from local suppliers and featuring Legenderry food products, this is something you don’t want to miss out on.
Menu:
- Make Handmade samosas, served with Fairley's award winning chilli sauces
- Eat a delicious Dart Mountain Cheeseboard
- Drink a palette cleanser from So Good Juice
- Make your main course, choose from:
1. Mussels from Donegal Prime, cooked in a white wine sauce and served with crusty homemade bread
2. Tender beef, with Fairley's original Pirigo Sauce, served with a greek style cous cous salad
- Sip Tea, Coffee and Eat Ukelele chocolates

Tickets are sold in pairs - £80 per ticket, which works out at £40 per person.
Each session will be capped at a maximum of 4 couples (8 guests).
