About

We at Oakfire endeavour to make our activity destination as best as possible. We have scoured the world looking for activities that best suit our unique and varied terrain.

We are forever evolving, tweaking, planning and working hard to make your experience our number one priority. We are located on the outskirts of Derry-Londonderry and are accessible from all parts of Northern Ireland and beyond.

Perfect for corporate events, sports teams, stag parties, birthdays or simply a fun day out, Oakfire provides an exhilarating alternative to those looking to have a great time.

For every person that completes an adventure we will plant a tree upon ‘The Oaks’ farm to celebrate Derry-Londonderry’s successful bid as the UK’s first City of Culture in 2013.

Looking for something awesome to do? Check out our new Zip Trekking facility in the Faughan Valley, four massive crossings over, through and under trees, rocks and rivers. We operate at weekends, week days and evenings, come fly with us.

Our Tree Trekking challenge is where to head if you want to test yourself physically and mentally on our most extreme offering to date. A mecca for thrill seekers who love canopy high tree-to-trees crossings, free-fall Tarzan Swings and riding super-fast, very long zips. This is grown-up fun in the great outdoors.
