About

Wall Warriors – Derry Artists' Exhibition & Art Sale

Six local artists. One shared vision. Bringing art to the people of Derry!

Wall Warriors is a brand-new collective of six Derry artists who have joined forces to make local art more accessible, celebrate the city's creativity and create new opportunities for artists to showcase their work.

Our very first pop-up exhibition and art sale takes place at The Wee Derry Pop Up Shop, on the top floor of the Richmond Centre, from Monday 19 to Sunday 25 October 2026.

The collective brings together Annie Coyle, Justine Scoltock, Patrick Bradley, Amanda Walker, Aisling Monds and Patrick (Patsy) Brennan. Each artist brings something different, from colourful interpretations of Derry's familiar streets and landmarks to landscapes, seascapes, expressive portraits, abstracts and mixed-media artwork.

Wall Warriors was born from a simple conversation about how difficult it can be for local artists to find affordable places to exhibit and sell their work. Rather than wait for opportunities to come along, we decided to create our own.

We believe art should be something everyone can enjoy, not just something you encounter in a traditional gallery. By bringing our exhibition into the heart of a busy shopping centre, we're hoping to introduce our work to people who might not ordinarily visit an art exhibition.

Visitors will have the chance to browse a varied selection of original paintings and prints, meet the artists, hear the stories behind the artwork and perhaps find something special to take home.

But Wall Warriors is about more than one exhibition. Our hope is to grow into a supportive creative collective, welcoming other artists from Derry and the North West and organising more opportunities to share local art with the wider community.

Whether you're an art lover, looking for a unique gift, or simply passing through the Richmond Centre, we'd love you to call in and say hello.

Admission is free and everyone is welcome!
