As part of this year's Culture Night, The Museum of Free Derry is proud to host the Moon Tell Me Truth exhibition.
The exhibition, curated by the Hands Up Project, is a collection of 60 illustrated poems created by children from Gaza.
Tragically, most of the students featured in the exhibition are now displaced, with their homes and schools destroyed, and at least two are known to have been killed in Israeli airstrikes.
Museum of Free Derry curator Adrian Kerr said:
"We are very proud to host this deeply moving exhibition and to give local people the chance to read these words from children in Palestine, written just before their world was brutally torn apart by the Israeli onslaught on their homes, but in a year - 2023 - that was already by then the most dangerous on record for Palestinian children until the current genocide.
