Echoes of Remembrance | Immersive Arts UK

7-8 Magazine Street, Derry~Londonderry, Derry~Londonderry, BT48 6HJ
The prototype of 'Echoes of Remembrance', a new virtual reality artwork exploring memory, family and dementia.

About

Artist Glenda Rolston, one of our Immersive Arts recipients of the Experiment grant (£20,000), is inviting members of the public to take part in audience testing for the first prototype of 'Echoes of Remembrance', a new virtual reality artwork exploring memory, family and dementia.

This is an opportunity to experience an early version of the work and help shape its future through valuable audience feedback.

What to expect:
• An 8–10 minute virtual reality experience using a VR headset.
• A short guided feedback conversation afterwards.
• Around 30 minutes in total.

No previous VR experience is needed, just curiosity and a willingness to share your thoughts. Audience feedback will play an important role in informing the next stage of the artwork's development.

Drop in between 10am and 4.30pm, or contact GlendaRolstonArtist@gmail.com to book a slot on either day, and help shape the future of 'Echoes of Remembrance'.

'Echoes of Remembrance' is supported by Immersive Arts, a UK-wide programme supporting artists to explore immersive technologies.
