About
St Augustine’s working in partnership with Derry City and Strabane District Council have developed a programme of Heritage Lectures to run in the Autumn of 2025 into the Spring of 2026 here at St. Augustine’s.
We were successfully awarded funding from the Heritage Animation and Visitor Servicing Grant (HAVS) as this program is to support heritage-focused projects within the district. The program's goal is to develop the heritage of the region and enhance visitor experiences, aligning with the council's broader tourism strategy.
These engaging lectures cover a range of topics on Derry-Londonderry and aim to be a very good series of talks delivered by very knowledgeable guest speakers here at the ‘Wee Church on the Walls’
