Brought to you by by DSDC Museum Services Collection; Lines of Inheritance is a special exhibition celebrating the work of Micheal Ó Nualláin that is on display at the Alley Theatre, Strabane, until September 30th. Highlights include Brian at Work, a portrait of his brother, writer Flann O’Brien, donated to the Derry City and Strabane Museum Services by Micheal’s wife, Ann Uí Nualláin.

The brothers, both born in Strabane, left rich cultural legacies—Flann through literature and Micheal through art and illustration. Featured works include A Pint of Plain is Your Only ManEvolution, and illustrations from Cruiskeen Lawn.

This exhibition offers a unique tribute to two of Strabane’s most creative sons.
