Event Description for All-Inclusive Event:
This event is tailored to kids with additional needs that may find Halloween in the city a little overwhelming. Specialist kids entertainer Annette Taylor is highly qualified in the field and will be able to cater to the needs of every child on the day. The Halloween sensory disco won’t be loud and scary, instead the aim is to provide a fun atmosphere to stimulate the senses in an enjoyable way.
Before the disco there will be fun sensory activities including pumpkin painting, creating Halloween handprint characters and colouring in Halloween fun sheets. There will be soft mats in the room for kids to rest as an added comfort if required. The aim is for kids to have fun in their fancy dress costumes and there will be prizes during different activities. There will be a face painter at the event as a fun option for any child that would like their face painted.
Music will be low and monitored during the event, if children are disturbed by this it will be switched off immediately. There will be no balloons at the event and tables will be spaced out to suit everyone that is booked to attend. Any special requests regarding the event, please can you make Da Vinci’s aware upon booking your space and they will try their best to accommodate your child’s needs.
