COUPE by The Dirty Souls is the Derry home of The Dirty Souls, created by husband-and-wife team Jeanette Bryson and Eoin Sheridan.
What began through pop-ups, drinks events and a small food operation has since grown into two venues across Derry and Donegal, including The Dirty Souls at Kinnegar Brewing in County Donegal.
At COUPE, the focus is on oak-smoked meats, fried chicken, seafood boils, gumbo, biscuits and gravy, cocktails, wine and craft beer in a relaxed, music-led city-centre setting.
Inspired by American smokehouses, neighbourhood restaurants and Southern food culture, the menus combine barbecue, Southern comfort and soul food with Irish produce.
The team has worked alongside and learned from barbecue joints and pitmasters including La Barbecue, InterStellar BBQ, From the Ashes and many more, while continuing to bring collaborative food experiences to the region through Smoke Cult barbecue school, events, festivals and The Gathering dining series.
Built around the food, music and atmosphere the team love most, COUPE by The Dirty Souls brings a fresh, flavour-led dining experience to the heart of Derry
