Located within the historic city walls, head to the Tower Museum and learn all about the ‘Story of Derry’ and see costumes, props and sets from the hit TV Comedy at the ‘Derry Girls Experience’ - the Museum is also free for the month of February as they get ready to move the 'Story of Derry' collection across to the new DNA Museum set to open in 2027, so this really is the perfect time to visit!

Step into the newest adventure centure located right in the heart of the Walled City within the Richmond Centre. With Axe Throwing, a Pixel Floor, Multiball Wall and Escape Room; there is something for a fun day out for the whole family; so choose your challenge and unleash your competitive side!! For those with younger kids, the Richmond Centre is also home to Bonkers Soft Play

Foyle Arena
For a family day out, look no further than the Foyle Arena - especially on a day where the weather isn't at its best. For the adrenaline junkies, try your hand at the climbing wall or go for something a little slower paced with a swim in their pool. Then, when the weather brightens up - take a family stroll through St Columb's Park, have some fun in the play park and make your way back into the city via the Peace Bridge.
