"Tag for me initially was a way to keep up fitness in the off season but over the years since finishing up with rugby tag rugby has allowed me to continue to stay involved with rugby at a social, fun and competitive level. The IRFU do a great job of organising and facilitation a very organised league every year suited to ability level."
