The Wild Atlantic Distillery Gin School is the ultimate experience for gin enthusiasts.

Under the guidance of one of our distillers, you will learn about the art of distillation and what it makes to produce a well-balanced and harmonious Gin.

Meet the people behind Ireland’s newest distillery in a fun and friendly environment just 15 miles from the Wild Atlantic Way. Take the opportunity to learn how we make our exciting Wild Atlantic Gin and let us introduce to you the equipment that makes it all possible.

Using your own personal selection of botanicals. Experiment with an assortment of Citrus, Floral, Herbal, Spicy and Ocean Botanicals or stick with Tradition and produce a Classic Juniper led Gin.

Distil your very own Bottle of Gin using a Beautiful Authentic Mini Copper Pot Still. Learn to make all the important cuts that will create your Gin’s Unique Balance and Flavour Profile.
