This intimate small-group experience brings visitors into Grays’ Printing Press, believed to have links to John Dunlap, the Strabane-born printer who produced the first copies of the Declaration in Philadelphia, beautifully restored by the National Trust.
Guests are welcomed with local hospitality before hearing captivating stories from the McGuinness family, custodians of this extraordinary piece of history.
Visitors explore the historic press, discover the Ulster connections to America’s founding story, and enjoy hands-on interaction with a replica printing press to create a personalised souvenir keepsake.
