Derg Valley Leisure Centre is a state of the art gym and leisure facility.
A key feature of the centre is its modern 273sq metre, 44 station gym situated on the first floor which includes treadmills, cross trainers, cycles, rowing machines, steppers, resistance machines, free weights, kettlebells and a functional work out area to facilitate flexibility, core training, boxing, TRX work outs and more.
In addition to its 3 courts sports hall, the centre also boasts a bespoke group fitness studio complete with modern audio & visual systems which complements the centres comprehensive activity programme.
The facility also offers a range of conference and multi-activity rooms suitable for meetings, seminars, team fitness sessions and birthday parties with catering facilities available.
