About

Come to our Wine Tasting Evening!

We are hosting our first ever Wine Tasting Evening at The Safehouse Café Bar in Portrush with a choice of wines from our new menu, in style and elegance. The new list includes white wines Scallop Bay Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc (New Zealand) and Les Aventuriers Chardonnay (France) and rose wine Sartori Pinot Grigio Rose (Italy). The red wines feature Coldridge Estate Shiraz (Australia), Dona Paula Los Cardos Mendoza Malbec (Argentina), Montepulciano D’Abruzzo Vitis Nostra (Italy) and Camina Valencia Cabernet Sauvignon (Spain).

The date for this dining evening event is Monday 27th April and will officially be live from 7.30pm until 10.30pm.

Tickets cost only £30 per person and are suitable for adults 18+ years old. These tickets for the event are non-refundable.

The Safehouse Café Bar Portrush is a restaurant which provides hearty food including stone-baked pizzas, drinks including handcrafted cocktail and rich barista coffee.

Central to the seaside town and convenient to nearby tourist attractions, the Safehouse has a strong heritage which gained listed status in 1977 as a landmark of architectural historic interest. Historically, the property was previously the home of the original bank manager and his family, with the ground floor as the bank which included a secure safe room and a heavy steel door where the Safehouse Café Bar is located.

The modern interiors blend with the charming character and authentic features of the former bank, matched with warm hospitality and a welcoming atmosphere from the dedicated Safehouse staff and team.

An evening of wine, charcuterie and great company as we introduce our new menu in true Safehouse style.

After entering Portrush, follow the main road into the town centre. Continue straight along Main Street. Bank Apartments and The Safehouse Café bar will be located on the left-hand side. Turning left onto Church Pass will take you to some on street parking options.

Exit the station and walk towards the town centre. Turn onto Main Street and continue for 2-3 minutes. Bank Apartments are located to the side of The Safehouse Café Bar.

Ticket £30 for 3 hour experience.
