There was a warm welcome today for exciting news about the official return of the Clipper 2019-20 Round the World Yacht Race, as Derry City and Strabane District Council confirmed the dates for the Foyle Maritime Festival.

• Our Place in Space is an epic scale model of the solar system designed by artist and children’s author Oliver Jeffers, incorporates a 10km three-dimensional sculpture trail along the Foyle from 22 April until 22 May 2022
• Once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for residents in the north west to join in major art project

We’re brightening up February with the Illuminate Festival and we can’t wait to welcome you to our city to enjoy an eclectic mix of sound, light and music.
