After a leisurely breakfast on Friday morning, board your coach to the historic Walled City of Derry. Your guide David Douglas of Derrie Danders Walking and Audio Tours will meet you and will take you out on a “Legenderry Musical Mystery Tour” as you uncover all types of music associated with the city and its people including Phil Coulter, Dana, the Undertones, Nadine Coyle and so many more. After the tour ends, you can spend a few hours of free time in the city for lunch, shopping, or further sightseeing, before its back on the coach for your return to Dunfanaghy.
On Saturday, take in a unique musical day trip with Reel Irish Music Tours, visiting 3 Donegal towns, stopping at 3 famous music pubs, and enjoying 3 vibrant music sessions with their fantastic resident musicians. In this fully immersive experience become part of the spirit of Donegal as it comes to life through “ceol agus craic” in the heart of its traditional music scene. Bring along your instrument or just relax, join in with the singing and storytelling to get a true taste of the Irish pub culture.
