Walled City adds to its already exciting hospitality line-up, and more. Derry~Londonderry is rolling out the red carpet for visitors in 2023 as a host of new attractions and experiences in the North West are set to bolster the city’s reputation as a brilliant place for a holiday or short break.

The Walled City Music Festival has announced an exciting international line-up of guest artists for March 23-26, 2023. Solo pianist Barry Douglas, cellist Raphael Wallfisch with pianist Cathal Breslin, and mezzo-soprano Sharon Carty with pianist Fiachra Garvey, are all set to perform in Derry’s beautiful Christ Church venue in March.

Preparations are underway at the City of Derry International Choir Festival for an extra special edition to mark its tenth anniversary, taking place on 18-22 October 2023.

To mark the 25th Anniversary of the Good Friday Agreement in 2023, The Playhouse Derry~Londonderry will present Beyond Belief, a major new drama honouring the waking life of John Hume. Screening across the world as part of 2023 global commemorations of the agreement, the play will be performed by the people of Derry in the city’s Guildhall.
