About
Enjoy a tour through St. Columb's Park House gardens whilst picking dandelions, nettles, and wild garlic, as well as exploring what to look out
for as spring approaches. Guests then go into St. Columb's Park House and clean the produce, chop, and make Wild Garlic & Nettle Pesto with dandelion petals. Each person will have the opportunity to take part. Meal will be a sharing charcuterie board showcasing the fresh Pesto, local food producers, preserved foods (with recipe cards of how-to), and if kids present, a simplified kid-friendly sharing platter for them.
This is an outdoor experience, so be prepared for wet conditions. Wear/bring suitable footwear as the wild garden can be muddy.
