Chef Fairley will take you through a simple but delicious menu, step by step. You and your partner will cook along with Fairley, to make a delicious 6 course meal.
Starting with a simple salad, followed by a fabulous pasta dish, using Fairley’s homemade Pirigo Sauce, and finished with a brilliant dessert.
Incredible oysters from Foyle Bia Marra will also be served for tasting, as well as wonderful cheeses from Dart Mountain, and tea, coffee and a sweet treat to finish.
Using ingredients from local suppliers and featuring Legenderry food products, this is something you don’t want to miss out on.
