Umi
The city’s latest foodie addition, Umi, is an Asian fusion restaurant serving sushi, dumplings, and tapas style small plates. However, food lovers will most likely have seen their BBQ’d sharing steak all over Instagram – a 1.2kg cote de beouf, drizzled with Szechuan peppered sauce. With good food comes good wine, and Umi offers an extensive wine and cocktails list as well as their own craft beer. The restaurant has been included in Belfast telegraphs top 10 restaurants of 2022. Artis by Phelim O'Hagan
Artis (Latin for ‘Craft’) was opened by Chef Phelim O'Hagan (Great British Menu Northern Ireland Finalist 2021) in December 2021. Situated in the Craft Village, in the heart of Derry City, Artis brings a new high end Michelin Recommended dining experience to the North West of Ireland. Using the best quality Irish ingredients sourced from local suppliers, fisheries, farms or foraged from the surrounding area; Phelim and his team bring unique dishes to the menu prepared using both traditional and modern techniques all while using creative ways to maximize the full potential of each and every ingredient and minimize food waste. Browns in Town

Guildhall Taphouse
The Guildhall Taphouse is steeped in history, yet offers a fresh, alternative take on the traditional bar. Housed in a 19th Century Merchant building in the heart of the City's historic quarter, this Gastropub is just minutes from Derry's famous Peace Bridge, the historical City Walls, and the iconic Guildhall itself. Mekong Street Food
Experience the excitement of south-east Asian street food served with LegenDerry flair Mekong Street Food. The team strive to serve up authentic Asian delights – in fact, they travel once a year to Asia to gain insight into the flavourful cooking that comes from the countries connected to the Mekong River, which inspires their menu. The drinks are the real deal too; cocktails and Thai beer share bar space with Rough Brothers Street Beer, created especially for Mekong.
Timberquay
Timberquay's beautiful riverfront setting means dining here is both a visual and gastronomic experience. We deliver high quality, locally sourced food with a modern twist. We cater for vegetarians and all dietary requirements (just ask). Timberquay host large groups, small groups, birthdays, business lunches, all family celebrations and romantic dates; we’ve even had a few proposals….
Our beautiful restaurant is spacious and bright with 120 seats to choose from, and with breath taking views from our windows, we have definitely claimed the title of “the best view in town”.
